These Terms of Service govern your use of includednews.com, the website of INCLUDED NEWS. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, the remedy is simple and free: do not use the site. Because we are a news publication that anyone can read without an account, these terms are shorter and plainer than most, but they still matter, so please read them.
Who we are
INCLUDED NEWS is an independent online news publication covering world and breaking news along with business, entertainment, science, sports, technology, lifestyle, travel, auto and gaming. Using the site
You may read, link to and share our content in the ordinary ways the web supports. In exchange, you agree not to:

Our content and your licence to it
Everything we publish, including articles, headlines, graphics and the site’s design, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and belongs to INCLUDED NEWS or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non exclusive, revocable licence to access and read the content for private, non commercial use. Quoting a reasonable excerpt with a link and clear attribution to INCLUDED NEWS is welcome. Wholesale republication, commercial reuse, or use of our content to train commercial machine learning systems requires our prior written permission: ask at support@includednews.com.
Third party content and links
Our stories link to sources, and our pages may carry advertising served by third parties. Linked sites and advertisers are outside our control, and a link is a citation, not an endorsement. When you leave includednews.com, the terms and privacy practices of the destination apply, not ours. Advertisements are the responsibility of the advertiser, and their appearance on the site is not our recommendation of any product or service.

Our content is journalism: information and commentary for a general audience. It is not professional advice of any kind. In particular, business and market coverage is not financial or investment advice, health and science coverage is not medical advice, and coverage of legal matters is not legal advice. Decisions with real consequences deserve a qualified professional who knows your situation. Accuracy, availability and changes
We work hard to be accurate, and our Corrections Policy explains what happens when we fail. But we provide the site on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time, and we may update, correct or remove published content as our editorial policies require.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, INCLUDED NEWS and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content. Your submissions
If you send us material, such as a tip, a photograph or a letter, you confirm you have the right to send it, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty free licence to use, edit, reproduce and publish it in connection with our journalism, with credit where feasible unless you request anonymity. We are not obliged to publish anything sent to us, and we cannot return unsolicited material. Do not send us confidential information you are not entitled to share.

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA & Copyright Policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Termination
We may restrict or block access to the site for anyone who violates these terms, abuses our infrastructure, or uses the site unlawfully, with or without notice. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive termination, including licences you have granted, disclaimers and limitations of liability, survive it.
Governing law and disputes
