One address for everything

The fastest way to reach INCLUDED NEWS is email: support@includednews.com. That inbox is read by editors, not routed into a ticketing void. Put a clear subject line on your message and it will reach the right person on the team, whatever the topic.

Corrections and errors

If you believe something we published is wrong, we want to know today, not eventually. Email support@includednews.com with the word Correction in the subject line, the link to the article, the exact sentence you dispute, and whatever evidence you have. Corrections are our top priority in the inbox and are handled under the process described on our Corrections Policy page.

News tips

We welcome tips on any story in our coverage areas, from world events to a product recall. Use the subject line Tip. Tell us what you know, how you know it, and whether documents or images exist. If your tip is sensitive, say so in the first line and do not include the sensitive material itself in the first email; we will agree on a safer way to receive it before you send anything that could identify you.

Press releases and pitches

Press releases may be sent to the same address with the subject line Press. We read them, but a release is a starting point for reporting, never a finished article, and we do not guarantee coverage, respond to follow up chasers, or publish supplied text as news.

Advertising

For sponsorships, display advertising or partnership enquiries, use the subject line Advertising. Commercial messages are handled separately from editorial ones, and buying advertising never buys coverage. Details are on our Advertise With Us page.

Privacy and legal

Requests about your personal data (access, correction or deletion) should carry the subject line Privacy and are handled under our Privacy Policy. Copyright notices should follow the steps on our DMCA & Copyright Policy page. Formal legal correspondence should be clearly marked as such.

What not to send

A few things save everyone time. Please do not send attachments from addresses we have never corresponded with; describe the material first and we will ask for it if we need it. Do not send the same message repeatedly; it does not move you up the queue. And do not send abuse; messages that cross that line are closed without reply, whatever else they contain.

Response times

We are a small team, so honesty over theatre: correction reports get a first response within 48 hours and usually much sooner. Privacy and copyright requests are acknowledged within a few working days and resolved within the timelines stated in the relevant policies. General mail, pitches and press releases are read, but only receive a reply when we have something useful to say. If your message is urgent and time sensitive, say so in the subject line.
